wow, i saw the title and thought it said “Child Pornography: How To Photograph Kids” i was like WTF, then i came to to vid and realized it sayd child photography, lol, i thought youtube was allowing child porn and was wondering like WTF lol
i agree, i go to homes to shoot children as well n you can’t ask the client all these q’s, you have 2 be prepared to shoot in either of the situations that she’s listing out!
I dont think the photographer really knows that much about natural light photography. I am a natural light photographer and I do not use any reflectors. When shooting natural light its just you and your camera. And as for asking 101 questions to a client i think thats unprofessional. As a natural light photographer you should be able to go to someones house anytime of the day and work with the light thats already there. Its all about finding the light!!

It is still natural light even if you modify it. The light is different at various times of day. don’t limit your self. ask questions.
