Sunset (and Sunrise) and photograph another person in the photo is guaranteed nature inspire us to grab the camera. This does not apply only to serious nature photographers. Almost everyone with a camera can go, when will a great sunset.

The good news is, good sunset photos are surprisingly easy to do. In my gallery I do not really show many photos sunset. See, it is difficult to sell because almost everyone has had some great sunsets have even photographed. Instead of buying me, they are more willing to grab their camera and shows me the photos taken during the night!

In conclusion, I am often asked the sunset photos from amateur photographers (professional risk assessment of a photographer of nature!) And I learned to quickly identify where most go wrong. It is not difficult to suspend a photo at sunset, but in many cases, you can leave your camera on auto and do the job for you. People have trouble making it an interesting composition. It is not good enough to photograph only a good sky. The real challenge is to transform a spectacular sky in a picture convincing.

Here are my five tips for great sunset (and sunrise) photos.

Sunset Photography Tip # 1 Learn a sunset forecast well before it happens. Have you ever played a perfect sky, only to discover that the camera handy? In the five minutes to get to your camera and take a picture together at the moment is past. can be as bright as a sunset, the effects last for only a few minutes, then you must be able to choose your location, you set the camera and waiting to leave for the show.

Sunset Photography Tip # 2 Be patient for the best colors. The few minutes that the sun can be spectacular on the horizon, but not the whole story of a sunset. As the setting sun lit the clouds from below, often the richest colors can appear up to half an hour later. At this time there is always quite dark, be prepared with the tripod. Exposures can shoot half a second or more, shooting to get the most out of your sunset.

Photograph # 3 Sunset Point Finding a good subject of the first floor. This may be the most important tip of all. Later people now show me their pictures at sunset and all I can think is “Great heavens … a shame not to make a better picture out of it.” All we saw and photographed the spectacular sky so that alone is not enough to create your design. Try some of the objects that identify too far over the horizon (trees, mills, buildings, power lines) and a form that you create a good silhouette. Does not need to fill the screen. Sunset Photography Tip # 4 Fill your image with color. You’ve probably heard of the “third rule” in landscape photography. In simple terms, it usually means their horizon a third of the way was to create from above or from below, from a photo to a balanced composition. The problem is when you take pictures at sunset, everything is in silhouette in the foreground. This means that if the rule of thirds, a big part of your composition will be followed by all black. This is a situation where you can ignore the rule of thirds. Looking over your skies on the composition, filling the screen with color and draw even more attention to the richness of the sunset.

Sunset Photography Tip # 5 If used near water, in order to enhance the effect. People often see a sunset on the beach or a river, and has a long history of their stroke. This approach fails to exploit the reflections on water, so instead of a rich foreground there is too much empty black space.

Get right on the edge of water or wet sand on the beach. Recording your thoughts, your echoes in the foreground color of the sky. Not only has your photo more colorful, but are beginning to identify opportunities for more interesting compositions on the spot.

As I said before, a good sunset photos stay is not difficult, the challenge is to raise the rest of the picture.
